
We're excited for the Summer 2025 Undergraduate Research Symposium taking place on Thursday, July 31 from 8:30 am-12:00 pm in the Alumni House.
REGISTRATION: We wanted to remind students that the registration deadline is SUNDAY, JULY 20. Registration requires students to submit their research title and a description (2100 character limit, about 300 words). Physical posters are not needed until the day of the event. Please make sure the students in your program all select the same presentation time so they can present together.

POSTER PRINTING RESOURCES: Reminder that the Marriott Library has poster presentation templates available. Additionally, students can have their poster printed at Knowledge Commons located in the Marriott Library. Posters can be submitted online and large group printing is available if your program will be paying for poster printing.
POSTER PRIZES: This semester we will be awarding poster prizes for students interested in being considered - this is optional. Those interested will need to submit a jpg file of their poster by Thursday, July 24. When registering, students who indicate they want to be considered will receive an additional email with all the instructions. For more info on poster prizes this semester, click here.
