Book Launch Event: Lady of the House by Katie Sanyal

The Honors College is thrilled to celebrate Katie Sanyal (Class of 2025) as she launches her debut novel, Lady of the House!
Katie wrote Lady of the House through the Honors College's Novel Writing Workshop, an intensive year-long course led by Professor Michael Gills. The novel follows a young Asian American woman navigating identity, mental health, and self-discovery after inheriting her grandmother's home in the South.
At the event we will hear from Dean Monisha Pasupathi, Professor Gills, and Katie herself, followed by a reading and book signing. A limited number of books will be available for free!
Join us as we celebrate Katie's success!
