In 2020, a group of Honors students began working with then-Director of Admissions Jennifer Wiseman, as well as Program Manager Madison Abele, Associate Dean Monisha Pasupathi, and Dean Torti, on a 5-year strategic plan around equity, diversity, and inclusion for the Honors College. Honors paid students a stipend to do this work. The end result was a comprehensive set of suggestions for the College that spanned the entire student life cycle – from admissions to post-graduation.
