About the Honors College
As you are deciding what you will do next year, please seriously consider the Honors College at the University of Utah. The Honors College provides talented students with an enhanced undergraduate experience through a number of opportunities.
Honors students typically enroll in one or two Honors classes each semester during their first two years. This will put you in contact with other students who set high goals for themselves, like to be challenged and are highly motivated. Rather than the large auditorium classes so many freshmen or sophomore students take, your classes will be small and you will get to know your professors well.
You will have personal, intense advising at key moments in the next four years that will help you plan for graduation with the Honors degree at each step along the way.
